Web folks: my work is (quickly) debating between Drupal and Kentico for its next CMS for a couple of sites. Anyone have any favorite CMS and reasons why? (For us, must include social/rich media; must be pretty easy for the average bear to add content, but still possible for more sophisticated user to monkey behind the scenes; must be inexpensive with majority of price up front; must be secure.)

Tell me your stories and don't worry too much about my organization's requirements; that discussion could take hours and we just don't have time.

Any reasons why? I like it, but I need some ammunition to convince people that it is not going to be stupidly expensive to hire people to implement it for us - none of us has time to become a Drupal developer, not going to be full of security holes, and not going to be really hard to use.
