(no subject)

I haven't been very motivated at doing my job lately - I have a couple of tenuous projects to work on and rather a lot of hurry-up-and-wait going on. Don't get me wrong, I still love my job, but the drive has not been there the last couple of days. I trust I'll have it back soon.

But I have been productive at home, mostly. Last night I made a crock-pot recipe (the Pepper Pot Soup that cloudscudding reminded me about), and made some random lentil vegetable soup, and did a bunch of dishes, and I also made this bag. I polished it up this morning but I really did make the bag almost entirely last night, as well as doing those other things! I felt pretty impressively productive.

Other than that, today was mostly for laundry and then I hung out with the fabulous alisgray and went shopping. I never do that. I actually bought some clothes, even! Weird. I feel like in that one trip, I have done my quota of shopping for a good while... I'll resume making stuff instead. :-)

Here's hoping tomorrow I can take some of this motivation and productivity to work!
