I decorated these eggs in the traditional Ukranian style last weekend, with [livejournal.com profile] cloudscudding.I tried using the stupid lj app to upload photos and it hated me. I gave up and put them on flickr.

they're both pretty. having tried to make them gives me a lot more appreciation for the traditional ones, for sure!

I gave up trying to use the LJ ap a while ago and just load them to flickr and then use the Flickr embedding code.

Beautiful!
When I was a kid my mom taught me how to make confetti eggs (empty eggshells filled with confetti) and we decorated them with little slivers of tissue paper - the always made me think of stained glass... and then you cracked them over someone's head and Easter came to an end.
