Charts life expectancy against income per capita, all over the world. Color coded by regions shown on a map. You can single out particular countries and watch their progress from the 1970s or so on. Really, really neat. Also depressing when you look at countries like, oh, Rwanda.

Yeah. In many ways it really shows how ... well, how Africa really still needs help. Or something. Take a look at Tanzania. :-/
