New bike

On Friday night I looked at my finances and figured out that I could afford it. So yesterday I bought a new bike! It's a folding bike, like the one azure_armand got a while ago; but it's a different brand; a Brompton. I'm really excited about the bike and we went for a longish ride yesterday as soon as we got home with it.

I have a P3L - the 3 indicates the number of gears. I kind of wish there were more, but I think it's the right number for city biking.

I got the little clip on the front and the bag that goes with it, which is really easy to put on and take off, and which easily holds a fair amount of stuff - I could put my helmet, lock, water bottle, wallet, etc. in it and have room for more.

Anyway, yay bike! I can't wait to ride it to work tomorrow.

Hey, Beth, congratulations on your new bike! The little wheels do make it look funny, but if that is what works in order to fold it, why not! It'll be nice to be able to ride it (in decent weather) to work and for fun. Love, Mom
