10 things in a letter
May. 6th, 2006 12:32 pmRousseau: my dad's middle name. I think it's a pretty cool name, gotta say.
Rexford: the town I lived in in New York. It was such a booming metropolis that it had both a post office and an elementary school! There was also a goat named Billy. And I got to like snow there.
Richmond: the town I lived in in Texas. I really would be fine with never going back. It wasn't objectively all that bad, but it was a suburb, and it was boring, and it was junior high.
Ramen: a food that I really did enjoy in high school, and live on for a while after college. I recall messing up a high school roommate's electric teakettle by cooking in it. Maggi Noodles were the best brand then.
Rob: my high school boyfriend, and still friend, who is getting married this summer.
Running: it used to be my main form of exercise, since I'm not very coordinated. I ran the cross-country in high school several times and did really well. But then I got shin splints and kind of swore off of it. Lately I only run before I do yoga.
Rain: I love rain. Love it when I can choose whether to be in or out of it, anyway. I especially love summer rain storms.
Robots! I don't really have a lot to do with robots, but aren't they neat?
Radiohead and Rammstein: two very different bands that people around me love love love, and I, well, I like. In very different ways.
Radishes are tasty and yummy and kinda spicy. I used to not be able to eat them. I had a super tender mouth as a little kid. Didn't I,
