I've been sick with the flu for a week solid, and that makes me boring. It also makes for total fitness fail.
I have been getting better, slowly. (Hooray for better!) So I managed to have people over for craft day on Saturday, and I managed to cook and have the in-laws over for Easter dinner on Sunday. But I did not manage to go out to any of the evening things this weekend, because by the time evening rolls around I feel like I have totally blown my energy allotment for the day, even if I have been careful to take it slow and take lots of naps.
Today, I am back at work, and hope it goes well and I don't overdo it. Especially because tonight I have a date with
fayde. We will have sushi, and then see Jonathan Coulton and Paul & Storm! And I will carefully marshal my energy so that I am able to make it through the evening... :-)
Sadly, I cannot think of any good way to take a nap at work. Napping under my desk does not count as a "good way".
