When we had the company meeting announcing the sale of HighJump by 3M, the first question asked during the Q&A phase was if we could stop using Notes (all 3M companies have to use Notes).

lotus notes is really very good at the things it does well, that being groupware. sharepoint hasn't caught up to where notes was eight years ago, by me.

however, it is spectacularly awful at what it does badly, that being pretending to be an email program. feh.
