We're going to be in MN for Christmas and New Year's, and the birthdays in between. We arrive on December 22 and leave January 2. I look forward to seeing a lot of you during that time.

If you're in DC, we'd love to see you before we leave; we're planning on spending the 20th and 21st doing nothing but fun holiday related things in DC. I think we're going to try to go ice skating on the National Mall on Thursday.

Like a lot of people, for many reasons, this is going to be a low-gift season for me. Unless you're family or nearly family, I probably am not planning on giving you anything, and I'd be very happy to have no gifts from you other than the gift of your company.

Despite having lots to say about this year, it's not going to be a holiday-card year for us. We've just not been able to get it together. Sorry.

Hmm. I will have to see. Maybe the 23rd, right now there is nothing happening then. Or the 28th. I will try to come up with a day and a time to do some sort of group get together, and I will post about it when I figure it out!
