slightly better
Jun. 25th, 2008 09:19 pmI worked a very long, productive day today. It was tiring but it helped. I now have only, oh, five or six things to do tomorrow at work. Many of them are big. But still.
Swimming today definitely helped me with my stress too. And not drinking coffee. I love coffee but I have to remember not to drink it if I'm a bit on edge already.
What would really be awesome is if I could sleep all night tonight without waking up being bitten or being afraid of being bitten. I'm really tired of not sleeping well - it's been about two weeks of shitty sleep at this point. The bug guy came today but said he couldn't tell us anything conclusive. We went and bought white sheets so we could see what was biting me and catch it more easily (our sheets otherwise are either purple, or a dark tan/purple paisley pattern, less ugly than it sounds -- either, perfect for hiding if you're an itty bitty bug).
I'm looking forward to our trip. I might even be ready for it!

Having recently gone through this (and being a research fanatic) just sent you an email with a short compilation of what we had to do and things we learned that saved us time and sleep. Hopefully it helps.
love.
