On the way in to work this morning, I saw a guy on a street corner, holding a cardboard sign:
HOMELESS
Need $30 B
Bailout

Me too. More broadly, I'll give money to people who entertain me. Buskers? I usually drop some change in there even if I'm just walking by, because I love that. If someone has a hilarious sign, that's increasing the experience of walking down the street.
