Weekend mostly off

We've made good headway on painting and so on this week and last weekend, and HEY it was our anniversary on Tuesday, so we're taking tonight and tomorrow mostly OFF the house. We have a reservation at a B&B in Stillwater for tonight, and plan to have a nice evening there and a slow morning tomorrow.

Saturday we may get a few house-things done, but not much, because there are other things going on, including possibly helping OTHER people move, and also attending another friend's housewarming party. (What's with all the house changes?)

Sunday, we will work on the house, preparing it for the floor people to come in on Monday. We have a smaller list of things to do this week, so only need a small group of people to:
Paint living room (2nd coat)
Paint hallway
Sand, prime, paint closet (optional)
Take down tape
Touch up paint
Take out trash
Haul Bagster out of garage
Move things out of main floor

We'll start around 11 AM on Sunday, break for lunch at Flamingo (Eritrean/Ethiopian) around 2, and hopefully will be done soon after that.

What's with all the house changes? Possibly super-low interest rates? We are about to embark on a refinance for that very reason - with any luck, we will switch to a 15-year fixed for nearly the same payment as the 30-year we have now. Woohoo! (Hopefully not jinxing us.)
