Homeowners!

As I already said on facebook... I'm super excited that azure_armand & I will be the newest residents of the Lowertown Lofts in St. Paul! We interviewed with the membership committee last night and found out the good news as we left the building. Hooray!

We get to be homeowners in a way we can afford, and we get to be neighbors with spacebug and s4, as well as lots of other cool artist people. The loft is smallish (900 square feet) but has gorgeous high ceilings, natural light, and hardwood floors.

We will move in sometime in December. Yes, we be asking for help when the time comes. :-)

Thanks! And Um, maybe some. A lot of our stuff is still in boxes, so we don't need a lot. But hang onto a dozen for us if you wouldn't mind, and I'll try to set up a pick-up time with you in a while..

Yeah, you walk in near where the bedroom is. Of course, you could put your bed near the windows but most people tend to set it up kind of like it is in the pictures online.

That would be fun. Our work schedules are subject to change; I am working a contract job that gives me no hope of lunch with anyone fun right now, but it may go away after Dec. which would be both good and bad but might let me have lunch with you! And Azure subs so he might want to lunch sometime when he doesn't have an assignment.
