figmentI guess I must be trying to increase my posting frequency.
I am totally stressed right now. Work has me putting together a day of events for the inauguration of the new AU president. That is... really busy because hey, it's a whole day of stuff, and also, it's in a week. A. Week. Argh.
I also have all of my normal job duties to attend to while I plan that. My to-do list is over thirty items long. And that's after all the things I did today.
In happier but no less stressful news, my evenings are busy too. Tonight I think will simply be a late night at work. Tomorrow may be the same. Thursday I am meeting to prep for the cool volunteer stuff I'm doing; that'll take me until at least 7; and then I might try to go join some gals for a showing of Atonement. dubaiwalla's name all over it. Saturday we're taking our cat-sitter out for dinner to say thank you. These things are good, mind you, but I am feeling really busy.
It probably both helps, and doesn't help, that I drank coffee today. For me, coffee = revved up productivity, but also higher stress levels. Bleah.
