I've got a serious case of the Mondays.

Trying to get moving after the weekend.
Exhausting meeting with another office on campus about how someone messed up and cost us a large sum of money.
Long list of things to do... little ambition.
Must... cross... things... off... list. Especially because this week, I only work 4 days, and then I go to MN. Also, my boss will be gone when I get back - gone for a month - so anything I want him to do, I have to get him to do now. Most things have been taken care of, but I'm sure there's something I'm forgetting!

I have Arabic tonight; this is the last week of the class. They aren't offering the next level in the next term because no one but me signed up for it. D'oh! This means that my next chance to continue in Arabic, at AU, will be in the spring semester. That's no good. Maybe if I do self-study with the book and DVD for the rest of the summer, I might be able to skip the next one and take what they do offer in the fall... But for now, I am ill-motivated.

In random news, I bleached streaks into my hair last night. I intend to put some nice cherry-red in there next, but right now I have big ol' blondish streaks. It's weird. I've never even done blond streaks before.

Not-business, in town, and we'll be around for a little over a week. We arrive in MN this Friday and return to DC on Monday the 9th of July.

I completely understand a lack of motivation. I'm in the same boat, myself. I'm just working on wrapping everything up, so there's not that much new I need to accomplish.
