figmentDespite the impressive rains and fairly extensive flooding in the DC area, I am happy to say that Azure and I are fine. It's a bonus of having an apartment a little above street level, rather than a little below. It is now beautiful weather in DC. Let's hope it stays that way for the weekend.

I am really happy it's the weekend. Although I love my job, I have been pretty stressed out lately, and am glad for a break. Also, I left work a little early today because I work too many hours in general. Thankfully, this is Just Fine. That's one reason I like my job. I also work with awesome people.

I want to work on sewing this weekend. And sleep a lot. Maybe work on my paper. Anything else... negotiable. Ideas?

My job is making me be better at personal budgeting. I just made a pretty comprehensive projection for the year. Go me!
