Thing Two: Legwarmers

Started day Two out right by finishing my Thing before going to work. (This possibility brought to you by the fact that today, my work day started at 9 AM instead of the usual 7:30 AM.)

I love your thing-a-day stuff! I wish I had time to do something like this, but for me it would be a thing-or-two per month =o/

It is a big challenge for me to find time! I work a demanding full time job and have a pretty busy life other than that. Day 1, I didn't finish and get it posted until after my normal bedtime. Day 2, I had a later-than-normal start to my work day (as mentioned above) so I was able to squeeze it in before work. Today, I am pretty pooped from being out late but I've also already worked two very long days this week at work, so I'm wondering if I can sneak out a little early today. Anyway, I'm finding ways to fit in a little time to work every day - so far! And I made a long list of smaller projects, and made sure I had the supplies on hand for them, before February hit. I work better to deadlines so I am seeing the whole Thing-a-Day thing as a good motivator.

Still, if my husband was not pitching in a little extra at home, I don't know how I'd do it. He's been doing a little more of the cooking and clean-up than usual, this week.

I love seeing your stuff when you do post it! And usually your creations that you post are large and difficult - nothing that you could pull off in a day. :-)
