Reception venues

All right, Twin Citians: what are some cool places to have a reception?

Any suggestion is welcome, but if more details help:
- 150 people, probably
- dancing is a must, band is not required
- must be legal to have alcohol there
- will be at night (8 PM or later)
- bonus points for artsy, off-beat, etc.

I went to a wedding here: http://www.universityclubofstpaul.com/commodore.html
It was really nice.

I've always fancied W.A. Frost as a post nuptial location, the court yard is so pretty:

There's the Wabasha Street Caves, which I have not been to but have always been intrigued by as a reception space:

Voila! My two cents. Good luck with it all.

I second the Wabasha Street Caves. The place is just amazing. That's where I officiated for my two friends last year, and they were very accommodating. There are also myriad sorts of nooks and crannies and it's just a very visually appealing place. It's not too far from the capital, either.
