Last night we went and watched The Apartment on the Screen on the Green. That was a pretty cool movie. More thoughts on it later, perhaps.

Right now, though, two things: one, a young woman came up before the movie started, and asked us, "hey, do you guys need a pick-me-up tonight? some energy?" and I thought, "really? Are you actually asking us that with these thousands of people around? huh?"
Turned out she was giving away free cans of Red Bull. Oh. Sure, gimme one.

and two, Being up late last night watching the movie, means that I actually drank the Red Bull this morning. Hopefully it'll help with the tiredness. I have a lot of work to do before I head off to Ann Arbor on Thursday, and it'd be good to be awake to do it. I think the Red Bull's giving me a headache, though. Oof.

You're supposed to drink only half the can if you're over 21. :) I get migraines and shakes from any kind of energy drink newer than Jolt Cola.

"The Apartment" was one of my favorite movies some years back. I love how romantic the line "Shut up and deal" could become.
