Holy crap that is awesome! How is the rest of the skirt gonna go? What color also? You said overskirt, not underskirt?

Also, if you could make your over/under/whatever skirt removable, or a separate piece, that blue dress alone would be GREAT for nights out or formal events - I love the blue under the embroidered chiffon/organza/???.
