I wrote, too, adding a bit about how how in a country founded in part on the right to believe in any religion, or none at all, I really don't appreciate some people using their religious beliefs to keep me from making informed decisions about matters which have the potential to cause me great physical harm, or even kill me.

If it gets less loony around here later, I will see if I can ask someone about rulemaking, comment periods, and how they work - I should know that stuff anyway.
